Exhibitor Information

 

From September 12-15, 2016, the Suquamish Tribe, in partnership with the Evergreen Council on Problem Gambling, will host the eighth annual Four Directions Problem Gambling and Health Awareness Conference at the Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish, WA.  This is an opportunity for Tribal Council Leaders, Behavioral Health Directors and Counselors, Education Experts, Tribal Gaming Industry Representatives, Families, and Community Members to come together to share expertise and experience on health issues, responsible gaming, addictions, and financial and safety concerns that affect our communities.

Interested businesses, organizations, and service providers are invited to introduce more than 200 conference attendees to the programs and services you have to offer at our Exhibitor Showcase from September 14-15, 2016.  Display space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor fee:

$200 US (for-profit)

$150 US (nonprofit)

Full conference registration for exhibitors: $350 US (in addition to exhibitor fee)

Includes one 6-foot table and two chairs, plus lunch for up to two people each day from September 14-15, 2016 at the conference.  Electrical outlets are available for most exhibit spaces.  Please indicate electrical needs on the application form.  Audio/Visual equipment is not provided.  If you need to arrange for Audio/Visual equipment, please call ECPG at 360.352.6133 or email: info@evergreencpg.org.  Additional fees apply.

Application Deadline:

Fully completed application forms with full payment must be postmarked by September 6, 2016. Applications received after this date will be considered only if space is available.

Set-up:  Wednesday, September 14, 7:00 am

Tear-down: Thursday, September 15, 2:30 pm
